Free shipping is free to the 48 Continental United States. Almost all orders are shipped FEDEX ground and take between 3 and 7 days to arrive after shipping date. Shipping can be upgraded to 2 day delivery after the ship date. The ship date and order date are not the same thing. All items are made to order and can take between 3 and 10 days to manufacture.
Lifetime Guarantee
Our lifetime guarantee is just what it says - If you are not happy with how well a product wears we will replace it, no questions asked. You are required to return the worn out item and we will ship a brand new replacement of the same style and color. All you pay is shipping.
Custom Made
All of our products are custom made to order - they fit at least as well as factory oem products and in many cases fit better.

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders placed by 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day. All orders in after business hours, weekends or holidays will be processed
the following business day. Please note that delivery time is subject to both the type of product ordered (custom manufactured or in stock accessory)
and the ability of our couriers (FedEx and USPS) to fulfill their delivery schedule. PerfectMats.com is not liable for packages that weren't delivered
on time because of mishaps by our couriers.
Time of manufacturing to shipment for Custom Floor Mats will be 3 to 10 days, dependent upon complexity of manufacturing requirements (e.g. Coco-Mats 7-10 days). Time of manufacturing
to shipment for Custom Auto Shades and Custom Snow Shades will be 2 to 4 days. Time of manufacturing to shipment for
Full Custom Car Covers will be 2 to 3 days.

PerfectMats.com offers FREE FedEx Ground SHIPPING on all orders anywhere within the continental U.S. We do not offer free ground shipping to Hawaii and
Alaska since this method is not provided by our carriers.
Do you guarantee all your merchandise?
All items are new as described. If an item you purchased is defective in any way, you may return said item for an immediate replacement.
Do your products and accessories come with a warranty?
Yes! The warranty period of all the items we sell is LIFETIME. This warranty is limited to manufacturer's defects in workmanship and/or materials.
What is your return policy?
All items come with a total satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in new as
delivered condition, for an exchange or a refund. There is no restocking fee subtracted from the amount of your refund, however we do not reimburse
Shipping and Handling costs incurred by PerfectMats.com or the customer during processing.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a
refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it
takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10
business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How do I return an item? Do I need a RA#?
Returning an order is simple and easy to do.
- Make sure you're sending it back within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Make sure you pack the unit up in its original box with ALL its accessories.
- Print and sign a copy of your receipt and on it write brief instructions on what you would like us to do.
